About our client
Our client, a major international manufacturing company and leader in its branch, with regards to further growth on the Polish market, is currently seeking an ambitious, growth oriented candidate for the position of Business Controlling Specialist within it\'s plant in the Sląskie region of Poland.
Job description
- Work on budget planning on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for variable cost, fixed cost, and EBITDA of different products/costs
- Analyze variable and fixed costs, product costs, and other income and expenditure on monthly basis
- Prepare weekly cost reports and cost review analysis
- Work on sales analysis, Product & Customer profitability analysis, product mix optimization
- Responsible for product cost structure analysis, changes and variance analysis
- Optimize working capital
- Control of customer claims, technical, and product discount management
Who we are looking for
- University degree in Finance/Economics
- Experience in a business/sales controlling role within the manufacturing sector
- Experience in financial analysis
- Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work within a dynamic team environment
- Good command of English
- Experience with SAP is a plus
