We are looking for a person who will join Contact Center Team as:
Customer Care Specialist with Croatian/Serbian/Slovenian
Location: Warsaw or Home Office
Your tasks:
Being responsible for phone and e-mail communication with existing customers from Croatian market
Confirming orders from the customers and upgrade the value of the order
Cooperating closely with Back Office Team in solving incoming inquires of clients
We expect:
Very good command of Croatian/Serbian/Slovenian (native or near to native)
EU citizenship or non-work permit requirement is a must
Ability to communicate in Polish or English
Ability to work at least 30 hours a week and attending in a training in Warsaw
Experience in a position related to customer service or the sales is always appreciated
