Our client is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of plastics components for the automotive industry located in Lower Silesia.
Currently we are looking for an experienced and talented person for Customer Contact Leader position responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, following order fluctuation, taking necessary actions, maintaining the contacts with the customers, cooperation with other departments (production planning, warehouse) in order to maintaining the optimal level of stocks (components and finished goods), supervising the shipping flow according to customer orders and resolving the daily issues. Customer Contact Leader reporting to Logistics Manager will be responsible also for complying with the working hours, orders, labor rules, regulations connected with work safety and hygiene, maintaining confidentially of business and taking continuous improvement actions.
The ideal candidate should have higher education (preferred logistics), min. 1-2 years professional experience in logistics or production planning or material procurement in automotive industry (leadership experiences would be an advantage), driving license, good level of English (knowledge of German will be an advantage); moreover should have good communication skills, positive attitude, high energy and leadership skills. Furthermore should be initiative and accountable, excellent team player while focused on results , self-motivated and customer oriented.
