Our client is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of plastics components for the automotive industry located in Lower Silesia.

Currently we are looking for an experienced and talented person for Customer Contact role responsible for direct contact with the customers, releases analysis and variations, accomplishing daily shipping plan and problem solving.

Customer contact will be also accountable for notification to customer of load dates and transportation times and preparation of shipping documents.

The ideal candidate should have higher education (preferred Logistics), minimum year of experience at similar position in automotive industry, good level of Polish and English or German and knowledge of customer portals (BMW, Audi, GM).
