Customer Service Specialist with German/ French/ Italian

Your new company
This globally recognised company located in Kraków is a fast growing organisation with stable employment conditions. They are currently building a new IT department and they have job vacancies for German, French and Italian speakers.

Your new role
Working on this position you will provide access to systems/applications, work closely with applications development team members and follow established procedures, including ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. You will act as first or second point of contact for clients and will be able to resolve all Tier 1 and many Tier 2 problems by applying procedures and your seasoned expertise. You will perform a higher level of investigation which may include more time-consuming diagnosis and multiple steps. You will be able to address complex issues that require specific subject matter expertise (e.g. relating to emerging technologies, mobile devices, etc.). You will provide input to development of process and work improvements as well as implement them. You will document problems and resolutions as well as create documents for knowledge transfer.

What you'll need to succeed
You speak good English (min. B2) as well as German, French or Italian. Your experience in IT support or customer service will be beneficial, but is not crucial. Your knowledge of standard hardware and software in the IT infrastructure will lead to your success.
