- substantive training (on site in Lublin) with experienced trainers (you will prepare yourself for independent work and make new friends)
- Onboarding - your 5-day adventure in Lublin (fully paid by the employer)
- Nesting - you will take your first steps in the team (phone/email/chat) under the guidance of experienced colleagues and with the support of your Leader
- You will receive additional sales training to increase your competencies and commissions paid
- Full time employment contract
- Basic salary + bonus + commission (no upper limit)
- Shift work from Monday to Friday (7:00 - 20:00) and some Saturdays (10:00 - 18:00)
