Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Transformation Team Lead, you will be charged with uncovering business insights via rigorous data analysis
- Use large-scale data mining techniques to discover and identify actionable patterns in data and develop hypotheses and models
- Develop predictive models solutions for customers on all aspects of product life cycle - create, plan, design, develop and implement
- Extract available data; devise creative solutions to accommodate partial data sets.
- Use cutting edge analytics technology to identify key business insights referenced in large amounts of text.
- Prepare and present analytics findings
- Collaborate with project teams in a collegial and professional manner; help foster teamwork to complete designated tasks.
Requirements:
- German: Fluent
- English: Fluent
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree
- 2 - 5 years’ experience in analytic skills, yet be a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, while managing the details
- 2- 5 years’ experience in mathematics, statistics, operations research, engineering, economics or finance
- At least 2 years experience in identifying and defining requirements and turning functional requirements into an SPSS or SAS-based solution that addresses difficult analytic challenges
- At least 2 years experience in solving client's analytics problems and effectively communicating results and methodologies
- 2 -5 years’ experience in SPSS or SAS, and or Text Analytics modules to develop solutions to analytical problems
- At least 2 years experience in advanced Excel-based modeling skills
