Our client is a is an American multinational medical devices and pharmaceutical, whose goal is to provide services in a highly cost-effective and compliant manner, leveraging our resources in a cross-sector environment.
Your new role
In this position the main responsibilities will be delivering the performance reporting and analytics for procurement in order to help drive regional business strategies in the field of procurement and leading the team of two analysts. Within the new role you will be responsible for managing analytical services through serving as a primary contact for the whole procurement hub, leading the development and maintenance of current analytics reporting. You will have responsibility for managing a small group of analysts (provide leadership, supervision, coaching and mentoring). The Analytics Lead would be also responsible for building strong business partnerships with key stakeholders by representing and promoting analytics capability and providing changes and improvements by implementing innovative ways of performance.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have 5 years of experience in analytics . You should also have demonstrated experience in team management (at least 2 years) . Moreover you should also have ability to build strong business partnership. We are looking for a communicative person who understands business issues and has strong analytical skills. Preferable (but not a must) - experience with lean Six Sigma Black exposure to procurement and project management certification. Proficient in English is required.
