You will be responsible for the following areas:
- Recruitment: by looking for the best talents in the market
- Candidate relationship management: by building positive Candidate Experience
- Employer Branding: by designing and following the latest HR trends
Your Qualifications for this role:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, ideally in international environment or RPO
- Hands-on experience with effective sourcing of passive candidates
- Strong knowledge of Boolean, X-Ray searches and other sourcing strategies
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must
- Very good command of at least one of the following languages: German, Italian, Spanish
- Result-oriented, with can-do attitude plus self-starter
- Positive energy :)
