For our client, prestigious global company in Poznań, we are looking for candidates for position of:
Finance Operations Manager - SSC
Workplace: Poznań
Main responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals involved in all the functions that come under European Shared Services Center - Finance
- You will be required to develop, implement, and monitor quality standards to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the team
- You will also take on additional finance and accounting related responsibilities on an as needed basis
- Ensure the team is properly cross-trained and the operating model creates flexible modes of responding to surges in demand, projects and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance & Accounting
- Approx. 7-10 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of general accounting concepts, practices and procedures
- Experience in supporting management and leadership by providing insight, analysis and financial results for review
- Fluent English language skills
- Experience in work in international environment
- Analytical thinking, high quality mindset
- Experience in managing a team of 15 - 25 people
