For our Client, Boutique Management Consulting firm, we are looking for:
Finance Transition Manager
Successful Candidate will be responsible for supporting the transition of Finance activities to Shared Service Centres and BPO organisations, designing and updating transition methodology and supporting tools (determining the appropriate program structure for each transition). What is more, Candidate’s main tasks will include providing support for the development of change management plans and efforts for countries from where work is being transitioned.
This Finance Transition Manager role may require up to 80% travel across Europe.
A perfect Candidate must have a relevant experience in BPO/SSC in designing and transitioning processes to a shared service function as well as good understanding of the Finance function (Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to Cash). We are looking for a Candidate with strong IT skills advanced in the use of MS Office, who is fluent in English (both spoken and written). Successful Candidate should be proactive, self-motivated person with excellent communication skills.
