About our client
Our client, a major international manufacturing company and leader in its branch, with regards to further growth on the Polish market, is currently seeking an ambitious, growth oriented candidate for the position of Financial Controlling Specialist within it\'s plant in the Sląskie region of Poland.
Job description
-Create the annual EBIDTA plan considering sales, selling prices, fixed costs, and variable costs on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Prepare variance analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis for planned, actual and forecast figures
- Monitor sales expenses
- Prepare weekly operation reports for the Board of Directors and corporate parent
- Present monthly Flash reports
- Create management gains reports, forecasts and execution
- Prepare presentations and financial analysis for management meetings
Who we are looking for
- University degree in Finance/Economics
- Experience in financial department within the manufacturing sector
- Experience in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work within a dynamic team environment
- Good command of English
