Our Client, an international production company, due to its further development in Poland is currently seeking to recruit an open-minded and ambitious person for the position of Manufacturing Director, who will take a responsibility for the main production area.
- Control of the production team, managing and leading a stable/skilled workforce
- Take responsibility of lean improvements in order to help the business
- Manage KPI's to ensure planned hours targets are achieved and budgets maintained
- Drive a site continuous improvement culture from the top
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development.
- Manage and develop direct reporting staff
- High education (Technical University)
- Minimum of 5years on managerial position in production area (production/operations)
- Knowledge and practical experience in manufacturing tools such as: Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing
- Understanding the financial processes and measurements
- Natural leadership attributes with a commitment to developing the performance of those around you
- Commitment in goals achieving
- Fluent English
