Your new company
Our client is a global healthcare company based in Switzerland that provides solutions to address the evolving needs of patients worldwide which goal is to discover new ways to improve and extend people's lives


Your new role
Within the new role you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various types of contracts related to the sourcing of goods and services from third parties and the provision of services to other our companies. What is more you would work with country legal organization on country level legal and compliances initiatives. Your new role involves providing day-to-day legal counselling and advice to enable Prague GSC growth and efficiency. One of your accountability would be also proactively advising the company on its contractual & statutory obligations. Moreover you would be actively engage leadership to leverage integrity messages and maintain a high level of awareness and advise on compliance related topics.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have minimum 10 years post Bar experience, ideally gained within an IT environment, or alternatively, with a top-tier law firm specialized in IT & data privacy. Degree in Law is a must. You should also be fluent in English language. Knowledge of at least one other European language will be highly beneficial.
