For one of our client, well known, global organization, we are looking for highly motivated and goal-oriented Candidates for the position:
Duties:
- Providing HR Services for Client's employees based abroad via e-mail, phone, or chat
- Coordinating workforce administration
- Ensuring accurate data updates in the HR system
- Ensuring adherence to regulations, policies and processes
- Ensuring high degree of client orientation, handling of requests with the right priority and in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent written and spoken English - is a must
- Fluent knowledge of German - is a must
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in customer service would be an asset
- Ability to multi-task and excellent ttime management skills
- Knowledge of HR processes would be an additional asset
