For our Client, dynamically growing, prestigious, international company from BSS sector, we are looking for a new person willing to join the team on the position of HR Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR function across the locations
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, coaching and guiding on management capability
- Develop and execute action plan (talent acquisition, succession planning, offers, on/off boarding, mobility etc.) to achieve local business goals and objectives
- Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR topics and issues
- Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed
- Oversee implementation of benefit programs, working with staff, Firm Benefits and insurance companies to resolve issues
- Team management
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in HR
- 6-8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years of managerial experience
- Experience in Business Services Sector is essential
- Knowledge of Polish labour law and other related regulations
- Ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization to achieve results
- Excellent command of both Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
