For our Client, BPO international employment advisory firm company, we are looking for:
HR PROCESS MANAGER
Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting efforts within a large international team of Analysts and other Senior HR Experts. What is more, Candidate’s main tasks will include integrating processes, policies, systems and other HR functions as well supporting other Senior HR professionals to provide expertise for the analysis, documentation, development and re-design of the absent processes.
This HR Process Manager role may require up to 80% travel across Europe.
A perfect Candidate must have experience in HR policy development and harmonisation, at least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role within HR as well as experience in working within a SSC environment, who is fluent in English (both spoken and written). We are looking for Candidates with the ability to work in a fast and dynamic project environment and excellent experience and knowledge of HR systems and all HR processes and functions.
