Your new role
Will involve acting as a liaison, providing product and services information and resolving any emerging problems that clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction by:
Having direct contact with clients or Sales Managers
Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services;
Preparing the commercial proposal based on the company’s product solutions portfolio;
Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution;
Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service’s departmental team. The team's objectives are develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidate is required to have (at least) 2 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience. Must work well under pressure, be able to juggle many projects simultaneously, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must also have an excellent sense of priorities, initiative & drive as well as cost and financial awareness and good English skills.
