Integral ISO Management Representative

Responsibilities:
As Integral ISO Management Representative, you will be responsible for Integrated ISO Management System as is defined, implemented and maintain according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 in the factory. Develops implements and monitors company occupational procedures and programs. You will be responsible for Regulatory external audits in the factory. This position reports to Quality Senior Manager.

- To ensure that Integrated ISO management system is defined, implemented and maintain according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 in the factory.
- Plans and executes quality, environmental, health and safety and regulatory internal and external audits according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Regulatory agencies requirements.
- Provides leadership within integrated management system for the entire factory
- Coordinate all ISO documentation in the factory
- Works with cross-functional teams to identify cause, track progress and drive resolution of quality, environmental and safety issues
- Leads communication on critical and relevant issues to appropriate functional areas
- 4 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Certified ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor
- Significant focus on business process improvement
- Detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- MS Office advanced knowledge
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Fluent English
- Education in Quality / Management field (Master Degree)
- Familiarity with Business Process Improvement (BPI) methodology
- Positive drive and enthusiasm with the willingness and desire to grow
