For our Client – international industrial automation company - we are looking for candidate, who will be responsible for technical support for one of the our Client’s Customer located in Gdańsk (large industrial company)

Job description
- Create joint account plans with Sales and direct company Service Organization to increase company products installed base business and maximize the revenues at target end user accounts
- Continually identify opportunities for service/product/process improvements and plan with Sales, company service (as appropriate) to promote to the end user
- Shutdown planning and/or management services, or supporting third parties in order to maximize spare parts, positioner upgrades, main equipment replacement
- Upgrade of competitive valve instruments
- Undertake or organise diagnostic analysis and reporting of valve condition and recommendation for maintenance based on the data collected by company service technicians
- Creation of annual reports for end users and company service, trending valve problems and repairs
- Identification of recurrent problems and recommendations for resolution
Requirements
- Relocation to Gdańsk
- Knowledge of process control and key industry applications (preferred refining, power)
- Significant experience in Valve assembly services
- Experience with predictive maintenance and valve diagnostics
- Proven self-starter, identifying opportunities and proposing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of the business
- Ability to work autonomously
- Problem solving, results driven
