MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing, operating and maintaining IT infrastructure components
- Server installation
- Server Upgrade
- Server Migration
- Diagnosing and fixing software and hardware problems
- Providing 2nd level support to Service Centre and 3rd level support to IT-Supporters
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Very good overall IT knowledge, preferable from a mixed environment (Windows, VMware, Linux)
- Skills to interact with Database Specialist, Network Specialist, IT Operation Specialists and Developers in all tasks related to installation, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and applications
- Good communication skills
- Very good English language skills
- Creative approach to problem-solving
