IT Specialist

Job description

• DELIVER ON-SITE SERVICES (“EYES AND HANDS”): Ensure the day to day First level of Support for site users ( Workplace technology (Workstations, voice, printers, scanners…), local infrastructure (Local Area Network including cabling, data room, local servers …), manage local “resources” (local network printers, bar-coding, authorizations profiles, reports/queries…manage incidents / questions / change requests until their resolution (as local service desk), take and track calls, or acknowledge and handle tickets created by users; run Remote control support to resolve remotely most of the issues met by users;
• Prepare the roll-out of a group initiative with local business and local vendors: Install / deploy the target architecture i.e. new software & hardware and adaptation of the local infrastructure to meet the pre-requisites from the new initiative

Requirements

• Higher education in the fields of IT
• Minimum 2 year’s experience in a similar position, in the company employs at least 200 employees
• Communicative English skills
• Very good knowledge of the Windows environment
• Ability to solve problems and deal with difficult situations
