- General knowledge of Virtual Private Networks
- General knowledge of Citrix environment would be an asset
- Provide second line technical support
- Perform non-standard application installations
- Support first line agents in more complicated tasks
- Create new know-how solutions based on fixed issues
- Support and training of first line analysts
- Apply technical knowledge to meet resolution targets
