ITIL Incident Manager
Zadania:
The person on this position will be responsible for:
- Providing end-to-end services in line with customer and internal SLAs/KPIs
- Incident resolution within compound environments with complete confidence, engaging internal and external support teams globally
- Verifying of all levels of incidents in order to execute the correct incident management process
- Leading the virtual team of technical resource
- Reducing time to repair on major and crisis outages
- Ensure that standardized methods and procedures (ITIL v3) are kept in efficient and prompt manner
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science,
- Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks
- High level of IT literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to speak in English and German or French (B2 level at least)
- Excellent ability to manage priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
