The KAM is responsible for developing, maintaining and growing corporate account relationships and profitable sales with large, multi-site strategic accounts.
Regarding your key accountabilities, you will initiate new account development and improve penetration of existing accounts on Central and South-East Romania, maintain and grow relationships with corporate buying influencers by developing and implementing strategic solutions that consistently meet customers’ evolving needs, you will prepare annual commercial budget for current and forecast customers, you will create an overall account plan that outlines account objectives, strategies, resources and tactics to be deployed.Also, you will develop and implement programs for the delivery of specific solutions which address customer’s business objectives, evaluate, negotiate and manage directly the development, maintenance, extensions, renewals, discontinuation of account agreements through the contract management process. You will develop strategies with the team and set the KPIs.
We are looking for candidates with at least 5 years sales experience in manufacturing or related sector including at least 2 years managing significant sized accounts, ideally in wholesale or retail companies. English language it's required and driver's license as well.
