Database and Rent Roll Administrator with YARDI (fixed-term contract - 7 months)


Our Client is an international, well known commercial and industrial property developer that specializes in large scale logistics warehouses and distribution centers. Currently on behalf of our Client we are searching for experienced Database and Rent Roll Administrator with YARDI to Western Europe.

In scope of Database and Rent Roll Administrator responsibilities will be daily maintenance and updating of the Yardi lease database system of all current leases pertaining to our Client’s operations in continental Europe. This task includes daily maintenance of the database, the coordination and preparation of the monthly rent roll and customer invoicing. These tasks require liaison with local teams in 11 countries across Europe and the Finance Department. This opportunity is characterized by a requirement for total accuracy and efficient management of diverse work streams in a dynamic and international environment.

The successful Candidate will have at least 4 years’ experience of database administration within an international property environment (preferably in Yardi). The successful Candidate will be highly organized and extremely detail oriented. A proven track recorded in following complex processes accurately to meet a deadline is essential on this position. Fluent written and spoken knowledge English is a must, any other European language is a plus.
