Machine Learning Engineer (NLP)
Description
We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer (NLP) who will work on developing an internal risk assessment system.

What we expect:
- very good understanding of Python 3 and proven commercial experience
- hands-on experience with basic NLP/ML tools (scikit-learn, NLTK)
- experience with modern deep learning models for text processing (i.e. knowledge extraction)
- experience with preparing ML/DL models for NLP and text mining
- experience with the building and continuous improvement of NLP model pipelines for training & deployment (experience with, i.e. MLFlow or equivalent)
- experience with monitoring ML models in production
- superb self-organization skills
- very good communication skills
- good command of English
- very good command of Polish
Nice- to-have:
- experience with cloud computing and model training in the cloud (AWS or GCP)
- experience with running experiments in a cloud environment
- experience with developing tests and experiments for production models (e.g. A/B tests or multi-armed bandit)
- experience with GitLab, JIRA, Confluence
- familiarity with Agile Manifesto
