OPIS STANOWISKA:
budowanie długofalowych relacji biznesowych zarówno z klientami, jak i kandydatami,
realizacja projektów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska niższego i średniego szczebla,
udział w rekrutacjach masowych,
budowanie oraz zarządzanie bazą kandydatów.
WYMAGANIA:
aspiracje do dalszego rozwoju zawodowego, osiągania sukcesów,
pozytywne, pełne zaangażowania nastawienie do pracy,
posiadanie świadomości biznesowej procesów mających miejsce w organizacji,
doświadczenie w realizacji projektów rekrutacyjnych,
doświadczenie w sprzedaży w B2B,
wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacji interpersonalnej,
umiejętność wyznaczania priorytetów oraz zarządzania czasem,
znajomość języka angielskiego lub innego.
