For our Client, international company located in Silesia, we are currently looking for MS Dynamics CRM Implementation Analyst.

Successful Candidate will join international team that is responsible for CRM implementations in over 20 countries. The main scope of duties will include gathering business requirements, implementation of CRM, suggesting changes to existing solutions and improvements of CRM system, customization, configuration, providing go-live support, cooperation with CRM teams located in different countries, handling incidents for CRM users, integration tests and user acceptance tests as well as providing training to end users.

We are looking for Candidates who hold over 1 year of strong experience in MS Dynamics CRM and very good knowledge of English language. The candidate should have experience in CRM implementations, solving complex problems, university degree preferably in IT field, knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint.
