We've been engaged by a large European Bank to provide resources to their Murex program.
Joining this program you will have the benefit of working with an established client team, fully involved in the project initiation through to project implementation.
You will be a Business Analyst focussing on Front Office/ Back Office requirements (as per your expertise) on Murex. This would include extending the existing implementation with these new product types as well as support for other stakeholders throughout the project.
Responsibilities:
- Design and configure the proposed solution in Murex
- Manage requirements through to acceptance and delivery into the Murex platform inclusive of training and Hypercare (post-implementation support)
- Work closely with the test team to review test cases and coverage, analyse defects and provide Murex configuration advise
- Augment the existing team members to fill capability gaps and backfill existing team members, as required
- Some level of thought leadership on solution design for FO/ BO processing in Murex will be expected
- Provide specialist markets technology solutions to assist in simplifying the existing architecture and automate the existing process
- Participate and Lead requirements workshops, sometimes including a large number of business SMEs who are geographically distributed.
- 5+ years experience of business analysis experience
- 3+ years Murex FO config or Back Office areas
- Strong general understanding of Murex (GOM, Trade booking, events, simulations etc)
- Investigation of issues and raise JIRA Defects with required information
- Communication should be very good
- Knowledge on FI, IRD, Fx Cash, FXD and/or Commodities
- Experienced in working with stakeholders (client team) and able to prioritize work
