Main duties consist of:
- implementing standard changes to the environment
- performing diagnosis on incidents
- communicating with internal and external technical counterparts
- management of system performance, capacity, service quality
Requirements:
- technical education within IT or significant job experience within the field,
- at least first professional experience as a Technical Support and wide knowledge of network concepts
- basic administrative knowledge of operating and/or database systems,
- familiarity with Cisco devices management
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP technologies and protocols
- Very good knowledge of English language
- certificates such as CCNA, CCNP, CCNET will be an asset
- ability to work well as a team member
- ability to deal with multi-task issues
- good communication skills
