Our client is a leading company from aviation sector located in Lower Silesia. Currently we are looking for them an experienced and talented person for Operations Director position.

Operations Manager will be responsible for providing group leadership in the attainment of goals with respect to safety, quality, cost, production and compliance and managing the processes in order to provide process method excellence throughout the organization. Moreover Operations Manager will be responsible for leading group to achieving goals in asset utilization, process and manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality and cost reduction, directing the manufacturing of production and development of hardware. Furthermore he will be accountable for developing necessary business plans to enhance all program requirements (including throughput, labor hours, cycle, production costs and image), supervising the employees, guiding them in current positions and assisting with career development and training and implementing the manufacturing plans and utilizing processes that will assure highest possible quality products at the lowest possible cost, delivered in accordance to schedule commitments.

The ideal candidate should have higher education (bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college), few years of experience on similar role in aerospace industry, knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control and standard cost systems.
Moreover should have ability to effectively communicate (both orally and in writing) in English, strong problem solving, analytical thinking, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
