Oracle HCM Technical Specialist
… to join Business and Applications Center of Excellence based in Poland.

Key functions:
- Designing integration of Oracle solutions with SAP system
- Monitoring and solving technician issues in Oracle Service
- Analyzing and implementing changes within HCM modules
- Analyzing business needs and suggest improvements
- Taking part in international projects, close cooperation with business and IT
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Business knowledge and first experience of project and support roles
- Knowledge and understanding of Oracle HCM cloud architecture
- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM
- Good knowledge of HR processes: Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, Succession planning processes
- Experience in integration with others HR’s systems
- Very good skills in written and spoken English
