Outsourcing IT Project Manager

Opis stanowiska
WebAnywhere is a UK based company that are looking to expand its work force into Poland. The position would be to work remotely initially however in the longer term we will need someone based in Poland. You would be looking after a team of remote workers to ensure work is completed on a range of tasks from graphic design samples to PHP development.
Wymagania
- To develop and increase and be responsible for all outsourcing contacts
- To establish a resource, either remote or in an office of developers in Poland or other designated country
- To travel internationally as required, including some time spent working internationally, to set up the resource
- To project manage on a day to day basis, the work that is outsourced
- Managerial responsibilites of those employed/contracted to carry out the work
- Weekly and monthly reporting to senior management
- To facilitate and be responsible for significant cost savings for the business
- To project manage the initialisation of the resource
- To manage on a day to day basis, the work that is outsourced
- Ability to manage a team
- Ability to co-ordinate a project
