For our Client, an international organization based in Poznan, we are currently looking for experienced Candidates for the position of Personnel Administration/Payroll Specialist with Portuguese.
Duties: Ensure that PA/PY processes are in line with global processes/directions, legal and taxation standards, country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations and internal auditing requirements, entering payroll and personal data into SAP system. Provide support to Junior PA/PY Specialists, as well as: HR units, co-workers and managers in all Personnel Administration and Payroll related topics.
Requirements: Candidate should have around 2 years experience in high volume Personnel Administration and Payroll environment, consolidated expert knowledge in taxation of law and social insurance to maintain the data in the SAP. Apart from experience you should speak fluent Portuguese on a professional level and very good English. We are looking for people with ability to communicate and partner with co-workers across all levels of the organization.
