Our client, a major international manufacturing company and leader in its branch, with regards to further growth on the Polish market, is currently seeking an ambitious, growth oriented candidate for the position of Performance Management Leader/Specialist within it\'s plant in the Sląskie region of Poland.
Job description
- Analyze, define and monitor operational KPIs
- Prepare technological ratio and cost ratio benchmarking
- Manage performance of CIP (Cost Improvement Program)
- Analyze marginal costs
- Analyze the raw material\'s impact on production costs
- Manage differentiated cost regarding an IT system expansion and master data management
- Control and report quality ratios
- Calculate and report management gains
- Analyze and report energy balance
- Support in scope of budget preparation
- Prepare and analyze financial and technical reports
Who we are looking for
- University degree in Finance/Economics
- Experience in a performance management role within the manufacturing sector
- Experience in financial analysis and project management
- Capability of leading a dynamic team for the Team Leader role
- Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work within a dynamic team environment
- Good command of English
