Your new role
As a PA/PY Service Manager you will support the HR Service Manager in building up the PA and PY teams of Business Service Center. You will challenge, inspire and motivate your team to provide professional services to the business with the customers in focus. You will encourage, support and coach co-workers in order to develop themselves and be proactive. Also you will be responsible for supporting the transitions of HR transactional tasks and maintaining good relations with BSC Business Partners.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role you'll need to have min. 3 years of managerial experience preferably in Shared Service / BPO area and at least 5 years experience in HR. You have to be familiar with Personnel Administration environment and Payroll processing
We're looking for a person with a solution focussed approach, taking the responsibility for proposing and implementing new ideas, an analytical and problem solving university graduate, fluent in English (another European language will be an asset).
