Plant Controller

- Prepare and coordinate the budgeting process for companies plants and explain variance between actual results and the budget
- Prepare cyclical financial and business reports for management purposes
- Prepare analysis of key financial ratios and recommendation of further action
- Calculate costs tied to the manufacturing process including in the areas of production, logistics, purchasing, etc.
- Responsible for developing financial tools and reporting system
- Conduct performance analysis and KPI control
- Creating analysis for consolidation
- Cooperate with other internal departments in the company
- Work closely with external auditors

- Academic degree in Finance/Economics related field
- 5 - 8 years of finance experience within a production environment
- Big 4 background nice to have
- Strong understanding of international accounting rules as well as local legal regulations
- Work experience in multinational company nice to have
- Experience in working with ERP software and an advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on mentality and strong interest in manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues
- Ability to act and operate independently with a minimal direction to accomplish objectives
- Very good oral and written communication skills in English
