Print Management Solution Specialist (Bottomline Transform PrecisionForms) – REMOTE
Location: Remote but must be based in Poland
For one of our top clients, a global production company, we are currently looking for a specialist in print management applications who will join their IT structure and help them in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 especially in the area of the standardisation of documents (business papers & labels)
Responsibilities:
- you will take global responsibility for the standardisation of internal as well as external documents (business papers & labels, invoices, stickers)
- you will take ownership of implementation of their print management solution and be responsible for design, configuration, customisation, test and training in this field
- cooperate closely with the business users as well as with other IT members and supervise process and functional design activities and change requests development throughout development lifecycle
- advise and provide support on any technical issues
- coordinate Transform PrecisionForms implementation with Microsoft Dynamics AX analysts on business requirements from the ERP solution Dynamics AX2012 R3 and D365 F&O
Your experience:
- Bottomline Transform PrecisionForms/ Formpipe LaserNet or any other printing solution experience
- Practical experience of printing functionality implementation and printing infrastructure, print servers and printer installation.
- Good understanding of ERP system (MS Dynamics AX/NAV, SAP, Oracle, Comarch or similar) and integrated applications
- Ability to communicate well with the business and translate their requirements into IT solutions
- Knowledge of XML Principles, Web Services & JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of file transfer protocols (FTP)
- Fluency in English is a must
