Our Client , an international company located in Silesia Region is looking for experienced SSC professionals for the role Process Lead (AP, AR, GL)
- Identify and specify the relevant business process
- Define the limits of the process
- Design and monitor relevant documentation
- Ensure that the latest knowledge and best practices from within organization and the “outside world’’ are incorporated into business practice
- Ensure full compliance to organizational minimum technical, local regulations and operational standards.
- Prepare Process Maps, Work Instructions, Training Materials, Technology reviews Service Level Agreements Key Performance Indicators
- Project Management, risk Management , project control
Requirements:
- University degree ( finance related)
- Experience in financial SSC
- Very good knowledge of processes in financial SSC ( AP AR GL)
- Knowledge of Project Management Methods & Techniques
- Process mapping capability, change management, project control skills, document management
- Communication Skills
