Production Engineer - Supervisor working on shift

Your new role
Your role will involve constant follow-up on daily production and ensuring the implementation of production programs. While monitoring the state of advancement of production you will have to deal with any anomalies and technical problems which might occur. 
Planning the production , the people and the machines in the most effective way will be one of your main scope together with ensure the management and development of his workers respecting at the same time the health, safety and environmental norms and legislation.


What you'll need to succeed

We're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Good English
Strong people skills
A hands-on, can-do attitude
A passion for operations
Minimum 2 years experience in factory roles such as Production Engineer, Project Manager - lean manufacturing, Manufacturing engineer
