Project Manager

Opis stanowiska

• Expected to handle differentf unctions right from strategic planning, organizing to looking into minute details of the project
• He/She will also have to as certa int he time for completion of the project and likewise a lot duties, such that the project is completed with in the stipulated deadline.
• He/She is supposed to supervise the team's daily work and ensure everybody is working efficiently.
• The project manager is also expected to ensure the project is completed with in the estimated budget.
• In case of a hurdle or crisis, the project manager should be able to take lead and help resolve the issue, in the shortest time possible. If the problem is between the team members and the clients, he/she should be able to sort it amicably, such that the relationships are maintained and work is not affected.
• Since the project manager is the captain of a ship, he/she is responsible for motivating the team members, right from the beginning to the end of a project.

Wymagania

• Master civil engineering
• 15 years of experience
• Own car
• Financial management skills
• Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills (polish and english/spanish)
• Excellent business management and developmental skills
• Leadership qualities
• Efficient team management skills
• Ability to resolve conflicting situations
• Computer or technical knowledge
• Effective problem solving skills
• Important: should travel, should help to the commercial department, should work by objectives (not timetable)
• Being able to sign projects in any kind of civil engineering branch is a plus: road, utilities, environmental design, etc.
• We prefer someone chartered in railways, but this is not a must.
