Your new role
Within the new role you will be working in coordination with all operations departments to develop quality standards for the organization’s raw materials, in-process products and finished products. Design and implement the measures, tests, sampling methods and other procedures that ensure that these standards are met. What is more you would carrying out proper test and controls aimed at verifying product conformity, starting from incoming inspection on raw materials to final test of finished goods. Your new role involves guaranteeing the correct application of QMS procedures and working instructions in accordance with ISO 9001 framework and planning, carry out and follow up of Quality Process Audits. One of your accountability would be also analyzing quality KPIs, applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) and identifying areas of improvement. Playing an active role in continuous improvement teams aimed at reducing internal non conformities and relevant costs. Following up of related continuous improvement projects
What you'll need to succeed
You should have 3-5 years of experience in auto, aerospace, chemical, electrical, mechanical industries. You should also have to hold a degree in Electrical Engineering. Our client also requires fluent knowledge of German and English languages. Quality assurance or quality management background is a must.
