Our client is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of components for the automotive industry located in Lubusz Voivodeship. Currently we are looking for an experienced and talented person for Quality Manager position.
QM will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards (processes: assembly, injection, metallization) and management of Quality Department (trainings, development, employers recruitment).
Quality Manager will be responsible supervising the quality system ISO/TS 16949, managing of suppliers for ensuring the quality of products on the transferred assembly lines and auditing (internal and external) and controlling of measurements laboratory. In addition he will be responsible implementation of improvement activities, responsibility for KPI quality assurance department and direct contact and build relationships with customers automotive.
The ideal candidate should have higher education (technical education will be an asset) and few years of professional experience in similar position in automotive industry. To be successful the candidate should posses knowledge of SPC, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, PDCA, 5xWhy, Ishikawa, MSA. Knowledge of English language at very good level is a must, knowledge of German will be an asset. Moreover the ideal candidate should have very good communication skills and leadership skills. Possessing ISO/TS internal auditor and VDA 6.3 will be a great asset. Positive attitude and high energy is also welcome.
