Inviting applications for the role of the Recruitment Intern
Responsibilities
- Searching for the candidates using the direct search method
- Screening CVs, proceeding with HR interview with chosen candidates
- Scheduling appointments between the candidates and managers
- Managing E2E recruitment
- Entering and updating data in the recruitment systems
- Administration of the personal data
- Covering not only for Poland scope, but also Europe openings
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Good English skills
- Willingness to take up recruitment on different countries in Europe
- Willingness to develop and improve the existing processes
- Ability to work under time pressure
