Regional Sales Manager
Cracow/ Katowice/ Częstochowa
Our client is an international company within building chemicals industry. Currently they are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Leader (RSL).
Main responsibilities include cooperation with the other RSLs covering other regions in Poland, leading a team of 9-10 Sales Representatives (SR), supporting them, coaching as well as helping them to solve every day technical and sales issues.
Additionally the RSL will be responsible for client’s invoice payments, recruiting of the new employees, preparing of the sales plans along with organizing clients’ meetings in cooperation with SR and technical support. Also RSL will be responsible for price and promotion management.
RSL will report to the Sales Director.
You should apply if you have an experience in leading a team of Sales Representatives, preferably in building industry along with technical education.
Additionally if you are a natural born leader, result oriented and fluent in English then you might be our perfect candidate.
