Opis stanowiska pracy:
Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna między innymi za rekrutację nowych pracowników, rozwój programów rekrutacyjnych oraz koordynację pracowników tymczasowych.
Zakres obowiązków:
rekrutacja i selekcja pracowników tymczasowych
wdrażanie nowych pracowników do pracy
nadzór i prowadzenie dokumentacji personalnej
realizacja projektów promocyjnych mających na celu pozyskanie nowych kandydatów
organizacja i kontrola pracy zatrudnionych pracowników
reprezentowanie firmy w relacjach z pracownikami oraz klientami
prace administracyjne i kadrowe
Wymagania:
wykształcenie min. średnie
doświadczenie w rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników (mile widziane)
praktyczna znajomość technik rekrutacyjnych
bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikatywne i wysoka kultura osobista (warunek konieczny)
łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów
dobra znajomości pakietu MS Office
bardzo dobra organizacja czasu pracy
zaangażowanie i motywacja do pracy
prawo jazdy kat. B
dobra znajomość języka holenderskiego jest warunkiem koniecznym
