Do zadań osoby na ww. stanowisku należeć będzie:
Samodzielna realizacja i koordynacja projektów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska różnego szczebla (weryfikacja i selekcja aplikacji, publikacja ogłoszeń, itd.)
Zarządzanie procesem rekrutacji
Prowadzenie rozmów kwalifikacyjnych (telefonicznych, face to face)
Kontakt z Kandydatami na wszystkich etapach procesu rekrutacji, udzielanie informacji
Dobór odpowiednich metod rekrutacyjnych w celu pozyskania najlepszych kandydatów
Budowanie oraz zarządzanie bazą kandydatów
Aktywne poszukiwanie i analizowanie nowych źródeł pozyskiwania kandydatów
Współpraca z różnymi instytucjami: Urzędami Pracy, Biurami Karier, portalami ogłoszeniowymi
Dbanie o wysoką jakość świadczonych usług
Wymagania:
Doświadczenie w pracy na w/w stanowisku - min. 2 lata
Wykształcenie wyższe psychologia, socjologia
Zainteresowanie tematyką HR, w szczególności rekrutacją i selekcją pracowników
Znajomość nowoczesnych metod i narzędzi rekrutacji
Dobra znajomość j. niemieckiego oraz angielskiego
Biegła znajomość obsługi komputera i pakietu MS Office
Wysoko rozwinięte zdolności komunikacyjne i interpersonalne
