Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizes and facilitates Agile/Scrum ceremonies like: daily standups, sprint planning
- Proactively removes or escalates roadblocks to allow team progress
- Guides the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Takes responsibility for managing dependencies between the Scrum team and others collaborates
- Supports Line Manager in process evaluation and in team evaluation activieties
- Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution within the team and other entities
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in IT area or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Scrum Master role for a software development team that was diligently applying agile principles and practices
- Good knowledge of agile methodology in software development area
- Team-oriented individual, positive attitude, energetic, result & delivery oriented
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Able to resolve conflicts, facilitate discussions, propose viable alternatives, and consider different approaches
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
