Job description:
- Facilitate his team for better creativity and tries to improve the efficiency of the development team.
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of the scrum team in Agile methodology.
- Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
- Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation processes.
- Helps the product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Responsible to Conduct retrospective meetings.
- Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting.
Required skill set / qualifications:
- Track record of success as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and robust knowledge in the practice of scrum (ceremonies, roles, theory etc).
- Teaching and mentoring agile teams, train Teams to enable the transition to an Agile way of working
- Enables the transition to Agile by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset, Coach and mentor squads / project participants
- Setting up governing policies to support Agile-based approaches and define the measurement system by way of identifying relevant metrics
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills, as well as presentation abilities.
- Strong service-oriented mindset combined with the affinity for continuous Improvement.
- Demonstrate active listening skills.
